Does anybody out there know how to get free leads for a home based business?

I have a home based business based mainly on phone calls and am having a hard time finding leads for free. Im a sort of shy person so I need some help here. babygirl123752003@yahoo.com if you can help. Thank You for all who answer. I love my company it is just really hard when you are a shy person ya know?
it is for a wellness company that does not sell anything stock anything or deliver anything

But I don't have much exposure
in emarketting.If you can tell the
product, I can suggest some ways
to handle marketting.

    Free leads are a difficult thing to find. The company I am with offers all the free leads you could want available on your website 24 hrs /day, 4 free websites and 2 nights a week we offer "live lead calling" where you can listen in as the leaders do actual live leads to show you how to do it.     well what you should do is try to go on health.com and it will help you. this is a very difficult thing to find.

    Ebay.com, the real GOLD is in there! TRY IT !My sister started income for two weeks is $1,680!Everybody in the world with internet buy and sell through ebay and CNN is very proud and recommeded such ebay.com!many homebased jobless person get quality lifestlye with ebay!

    cold calling, and knocking doors. this is what my boyfriend does, he is a loan officer, and generates his own leads this way.
