I am really good at cold calling…Any ideas besides MLM?

I know how much leads are worth so I am aware of what people can make. I would like to do consulting for boutiques..small shops ..anyone have any ideas.???? I need to utilize this skill and dont know how to make lots of money?
I’m a UK based architectural technician, who provides an architectural services package deal for property owners/developers providing floor plans, plus design projects, to achieve local regulatory compliance etc. If I can reach new customers, worldwide (by cold calling) and sell them either a basic floor plans service, or alternatively, local planning permission + structural (health and safety) regulation compliance; then I can achieve a useful profit, as well as providing a budget service. This is rather like comparing Easyjet with British Airways! I do not buy leads. Its all a question of time & organisation….right?! Perhaps this is where a dedicated cold caller, (who does their own R & D) could assist? I also provide, longer term investment, value oriented stock market tips, based on my own fundamental research. Perhaps there is scope for telemarketing here too?

what is MLM ?? I see that everywhere. I am hiring a cold caller right now, commission only, is that how most cold callers work?
